I've always loved the shape and feel of old video game controllers. Their topology is so simple at first glance, yet complex once you really get in to appreciate the details. In this series of hard surface modeling exercises, I'm pairing up iconic controllers to create fun snapshots of retro gaming systems. The shading here is being done with the Octane render engine in 3ds Max.
